Every project is led personally by Christoph Wedenstein — on site, at every critical stage, from dismantling to final installation. There are no project managers between the client and the craftsman. No layers. No handover. The person responsible is always the person on the ground.
We work in environments where the margin for error is zero and the standard of expectation is absolute. Every material decision, every joint, every surface finish is held to the same benchmark — not the benchmark of what is acceptable, but of what is right. If something is not right, it is done again.
The most valuable work we do is rarely the work that was already possible. Our strength lies in finding solutions at the intersection of trades, materials, and methods that are not normally combined — turning constraints into opportunities, and briefs that others decline into outcomes that define a space.
We work with a small number of clients at any given time — by choice. Long-term relationships, built on transparency, discretion, and consistent delivery, are the foundation of everything we do. Most of our commissions come from clients who have worked with us before, or from the people they trust.
